We have prepared 7 lessons that will bring you to the level where you will be able to participate in the START category. Then it is enough to study the performances and technique of the teams competing in the TREIBBALL OPEN and move further to the higher levels, like many participants of the TREIBBALL OPEN before you. The lessons are meant for you to practice on your own, do not expect individual consultations and advice on how to solve and train individual tasks here.
